Delete account

Delete your account in the NEAST app (Tenants) or the NEAST Owner app (Owners). Choose the app and enter the phone number on the account. We will text a 6-digit code. Entering that code deletes that app's account at once and cannot be undone. A NEAST app account cannot be deleted while it has a pending or active tenancy, and wallet credit left on it is lost.

Removed

  • Signing in to the account; the phone number is freed for a new sign-up
  • Push notification tokens and Google or Apple sign-in

Kept for legal and financial records

  • The closed account, with its name, email address, ID number and (NEAST Owner) bank details
  • Tenancies, rent payments, wallet top-ups, payouts, Merchant sales, NEAST Points and coupons, with their agreements and receipts

Signed up with Google or Apple and no phone number on the account? Delete it in the app under Account, Delete Account, or email us from the email address on that account and we will delete it for you.
